Located on the rooftop of the Aspen Art museum, Swedish Hill Aspen features indoor cafe seating as well as an expansive open-air patio with views of Ajax Mountain.
Swedish Hill Aspen serves signature coffee, pastries, salads, and sandwiches that the bakery and cafe has become known for in Austin. Additionally it features unique soups, pastas and other specials ideal during a museum visit or as a destination-worthy breakfast and lunch spot. An expanded menu of cocktails, wine, and beer are offered as well.
Located in a former auto shop in the vibrant Montrose neighborhood near The Menil Collection and Museum District, Clark’s Houston is the third and largest location of our popular neighborhood oyster bar and seafood restaurant.
Opened in Fall 2023, Clark’s features freshly shucked oysters, crudo, lobster roll, daily fish specials, caviar and blini, bowls of chowder and cioppino as well as a much-loved burger and shoestring fries. The restaurant specializes in martinis and signature cocktails as well as an extensive Champagne and wine list.
The design is light, bright, and airy with nautically-themed touches including a centerpiece fish tank, teak wood furniture, bright white walls, and blue and turquoise tones. In addition to a marble-topped oyster bar and dining room, there’s a large, covered patio for prime people watching and oyster slurping. Clark’s Houston also offers a semi-private dining room for special occasions and events.
Website InstagramLouis Swiss Bakery founded in 1982 by the Tornare Family, who brought the family bakery from Switzerland to Colorado. A partnership between local Jill Soffer and Austin, Texas based MML Hospitality was formed in 2022 to own and operate the bakery along with longtime MML baker and pastry chef, Jennifer Tucker. The bakery continues to serve freshly baked artisan breads and pastries as well as breakfast and lunch specials at its location in the Aspen Business Center.

Little Swedish, located in Clarksville along West Sixth next to Howards Bar & Club, features an all-day menu and full coffee bar with many Swedish classics and favorites including freshly baked croissants, bagels, breads, and pastries; breakfast specials, soups and salads as well as signature and made-to-order sandwiches on freshly baked breads. A full deli case, in true Swedish Hill tradition, will be available, too. Service is primarily to-go & pickup but an outdoor parklet along West 6th will debut shortly.
A focus of the “Little” Swedish Hill is its quick service coffee bar program utilizing Intelligentsia coffee and Kilogram whole leaf teas. Speciality drinks include matcha, masala chai, and seasonal cold beverages and fresh juices.
A full service Swedish Hill will return once the Sixth&Blanco development is completed.
